Hi! We are releasing a new patch for Android to prevent some issues while playing videos: v.3.2.1.1

So if you are experiencing any issues with the game, like conversations that don't continue or similar things, you might want to try.  You only have to disable the videos from the settings menu. Hopefully, that will solve the problem. Don't forget to give your feedback in the comments!
